Taping and Strapping

  • Taping and strapping is applied to an area on the body, its aim is to limit movement whilst stabilising the area to prevent injury or limit any further injury.  Areas that are frequently applied with strapping are ankles, wrist sprains, knees and shoulder injuries. Literature suggests that strapping the joint can help avoid and prevent injury.
