Ten years experience.

Whether you are an athlete and want to improve speed or endurance or if you would like to reduce body fat, increase strength or build confidence in the gym and life,  I can offer a personalised program to suit your individual goals.

You will learn the correct form, I will guide you on how to perform the exercises correctly and safely, making sure you target the right muscle while preventing injuries.

I am very passionate and supportive, I will challenge you and motivate you to push yourself further. It is much easier to smash your personal bests when working with a PT.

Getting to the gym is the toughest battle. I will help you keep accountable on your health and fitness journey so you can reach your goals quicker.

Bespoke training programs.

Not everyone has the same goals. I will create tailored training programs to suit your needs , abilities and goals, making sure it is challenging but achievable.

Knowledge and experience.

Do you look at Instagram for workout ideas and find you are not getting results?

With extensive knowledge of the body’s anatomy and the best training methods,  I will read the literature and research so you do not have to.
